Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the USA and to Canada. Visit our Shipping Policy page for more info.

 

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

Due to COVID-19 and limited quantities, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges, returns, or refunds. Visit our Refund Policy page for more info and review our store policies carefully before making your purchase.

 

Can you help with sizing for my dog?

We try our best to include as many product photos and as much sizing information and details (size charts and model guides) as we can for each product — all can be found in the description on all of our product pages.

Note: Size charts differ for each product as they are made by different manufacturers. Please carefully review the size chart and model size guides as well as the product description for details of each product before making your selection.

  • Most X-Small and Small sizes are suitable for puppies or very small-sized dogs.
  • Due to manual measurements, allow 1-2 cm differences. If your pet is in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Why don't you have clothes in my dog's size?

We wish we could offer our collections in every size! We do not manufacture our own pet apparels at this time, thus, we are limited in sizes, unfortunately.

 

Will you carry clothes for bigger dogs in the future?

We are focused on small dogs for the time being, but we hope to be able to curate more selections in the future to include a broader range of sizes.

 

Do discount codes apply to all products?

Discount codes currently only apply to pet products.

 

Why do the discount codes only apply to pet products and not human products?

Unfortunately, due to production and labor cost increases, we are unable to offer discounts on human products at this time.

 

I made an error on my order, how can I rectify?

We understand mistakes happen! E-mail us at hello@bearymisa.com within 24 hours from the time you placed the order for assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please be advised that we will not be able to accommodate corrections or changes to an order after 24 hours has passed, as orders typically would have been moved too far along in the process to make changes.

We cannot make changes or cancel orders for made-to-order products (human collections) once placed, as they are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier. KIND REMINDER THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE EXTREMELY THOROUGH WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
