We currently ship within the U.S. and to Canada.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our location in Nevada.

Orders placed on all other days, including holidays, will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the next business day.

Made-to-order items can take 2-3 weeks to ship.  As a reminder, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

*Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates and Transit Time

Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and shipping).

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all human products. (U.S. & Canada)

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 2-5 business days

CANADA: 7-21 Business Days

BEARYMISA is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays and Lost/Stolen Packages

Due to increased volume and limited staff availability, many carriers are experiencing delays. This means that tracking information is not updated in real-time and packages may arrive later than expected.

Once a carrier (USPS or UPS) takes possession of a package, we only have information provided by the carrier's online tracking system. We do our best to get your order to you on time, however, BEARYMISA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or service delays and interruptions.

If you believe that your package has been lost in transit, please file an inquiry or claim with USPS or UPS.  

BEARYMISA cannot be liable if the package is lost or stolen after the package has been marked "delivered." Please make sure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Damaged Packages

BEARYMISA is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during transit.

Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim in the event that your order arrives damaged. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Undeliverable/Returned Packages

BEARYMISA is not responsible if you provide a missing or incorrect shipping address. Please ensure that all of your shipping details are 100% accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you notice your address is missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at bearymisa@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate necessary changes if possible. Please reference your order number when e-mailing us.

Please be advised that once an order has shipped, we cannot stop the package or change its destination details.

*If an order is returned to us for reasons undeliverable or unable to forward, we do not re-send the package for free. The buyer will need to provide a new address and pay for shipping fees.

Shipping and Billing Addresses

Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent, with or without contact, or for any other reasons not listed.
